LDP #62: Happenings in Colorado
August 22, 2011 2 CommentsOne of the best parts of blogging is getting a chance to meet other photographers, both far and wide. Through innovations like Skype, webinars, and teleconferencing I’ve been able to reach out to California, across to the East Coast, and even across the pond to the UK and as far as Sweden. Then, it dawned on me that I’ve not featured local photographers on the blog that much, if at all. Just like photography, there are photographers everywhere to learn from, and Arvada Colorado is no exception.
To that end, today’s podcast ventures a mere 10 miles away, where I caught up with fellow NAPP member, Michelle Hedstrom! We actually met for a face to face and of course, the audio was recording…for podcast #62 – Grinding it Out! We talked about everything from getting started in photography, to sports and concert photography, and what it takes to really succeed in this business. In a nutshell – just grinding it out!
